Apologies if i am posting this in the wrong section, i'm new.
i work at a company that makes a lot of international phone calls, we are using Cisco Jabber 11.8.1
I sometimes hear from the folks that we call that "why are you calling from Romania, or various other countries? "
But we are in Canada.
I am concerned that we are not connecting with a portion of our contacts due to the call display showing random countries. Is this something that happens? Is there a solution?
