I need 3 things to get done with my Cisco UC520.
1. I need to set voicemail to my extensions, but I don't know how. The IOS version I'm using is old, and most of the commands that I search for are different in mine, for example, in order for me to program a phone, I need to type "conf t, ephone x, button x:y"
and the commands I find online are different. So I do need the commands, and since I'm a beginner, I need them to be explained in normal language with instructions, because I don't really understand it unfortunately.
2. I'd like to change the dial tone's tone to the German/European tone. The UC currently has an American Dual Tone dial tone, but I want the single tone German 420Hz dial tone if possible.
3. I'd also like to update the firmware of the IOS, so I can use the commands that I find for easier configuration.
