NetAcad support error

I'm studying at the moment, and need to complete my final exam on the NetAcad. Unfortunately, I keep coming up with an error message about being timed out.

The first time I launch the exam, the pop-up window gets blocked, so I open it, and there's nothing but a blank screen. When I close down that window, I get the error message pop up.

Is there any way for me to resolve this? I'm using Safari on macOS Catalina 10.15.4.

Subject: Request for Unlocking and Extending Course Access

Dear NetAcad Support Team,

I am currently enrolled in the following courses:

  • Network Defense 5

  • Networking Basics WSPA 2024 2

  • Networking Devices and Initial Configuration 3

Unfortunately, I am experiencing an issue where I see the message:
"Locked Content - The content of this page is not visible because the page is currently locked. Your Instructor can unlock this page when it is time to work on it."

Could you please unlock the content or provide guidance on how I can regain access? Additionally, I would like to request an extension for these courses if possible.
