Cisco Secure Client is waiting for a DUO push but nothing on phone

Hello support,

This user can use duo push for mostly everything except for Cisco Secure client.

When putting the VPN instance, it swirls waiting for a duo push but nothing comes up on his phone.

Where should I start?

To be clear, he has a device enrolled and can use it for screen connect and other programs but when it comes to Cisco Secure Connect it just swirls with no notification for a DUO Push.
