Today, I connected a USB pen drive to my Cisco switch to copy the OS file from the switch. I used the command `copy flash:<OS_filename> usbflash0` to copy the OS. Then, I disconnected the pen drive, connected it to my laptop, and deleted the OS file. When I reconnected the pen drive to the Cisco switch, it still shows that the file exists on the USB drive, even though I deleted it on my laptop. This happens every time I try. How do I fix this?
