We tried to send a Teams appointment to VC room, the VC room accepted at 11:04 am, but declined at 11:05 am.
Also, I checked the TMS is show 'Not enough TMS licenses' , May I know the declined message is it related to TMS licenses? Thanks.
The TMS version is 15.10.0
