Packet tracer blank login pop up

Has anybody solved this? Yes I know going offline will allow it to open, but the PCs in the config files for Neil Andersons CCNA course are not working properly and I'm thinking it might have something to do with being offline. Any help is appreciated .

PT works if u login in into PT Netacadey once for 3 months.  if its only PCs not working, delete them and drag new PCs to see if that helps.  we do not have Andersons CCNA course here but you can attach your PT lab here in zip format.
