Packet Tracer Cisco Account Login Error

Hello,

i've been using packet tracer for a year now but since the last update i cannot login into my cisco account. 
I'm sure the username and password are correct as i can log in the website and in webex teams.
When i try to login I input my email and then when it asks for the password my username changes to random numbers and letters. I tried logging in with those letters and my original username but it doesn't work :/
