I'm trying to figure out why I'm getting this error still when logging into Packet Tracer. It's done it on several computers, but on my girlfriend's laptop, it works fine. I've tried uninstalling, removing registry entries, using a VPN, etc. but it's still coming up with this error, and I'm starting to think it's server-side. Any help or ideas why this is happening still?

It seems that some caching still playing here, try to reset all cache for cisco.com websites related on you browsers.

Have you tried connecting to a different network? Perhaps, try connecting to your phone hotspot and close application start it again to see if it behaves differently.

it is on Net Academy server-side but u should be able to use PT off line mode, right ? PT needs to connect to Net Academy server once per 2 - 3 months. My PT works fine atm.
They have re-build their site; it working for me , I just checked; you can also get PT from https://skillsforall.com/
