Packet Tracer User Login is Blank page error

I have the problem with my Cisco Packet Trace 7.2.1 on Mac El Capitan (10.11.6). Can someone solve this problem? Thanks

PT has lots of issues and bugs on MAC PCs. you should get latest  PT 7.3; those bugs should be gone (or most of them).

if your net academy password does not work; try one u use here , should be Cisco OneID password for all Cisco sties.
