Prime Secondary HA key won't allow me to login

Hi,

I've just installed Prime Infrastructure 3.9 on our secondary appliance.

The appliance has been setup as secondary and is currently stand alone and not in a pair.

I have tried to login for the first time with the HA key so that I can install the upgrade file 3.9.1. For some reason prime says that the key is incorrect ?

I have reset the key twice via the CLI (ncs ha authkey 'password') but still prime says it is incorrect.

Would appreciate some help as this is a new install and the ha key is definitely correct.

IF this Prime is stanalone, you should access it using root user and password. Why are using HA key?
