I have a bunch of different flavors of WebEx Room Kits that are running RoomOS 10.20.1.6 d8b09bf5f7b. We're starting to see many of them no longer able to connect to WebEx services, but they are still accessible from our network. I have tried different, confirmed DNS servers but they keep not being able to resolve. We took one of our codecs out of Control Hub and brought it back down to 10.19.1.7 and we were able to register it in WCH. However, WCH immediately upgraded it back to 10.20 and we were shut out again.
Anyone else seeing this issue?
