PSIRT OpenVulnApi requires license for the customers?

Hi Team,

We are planning to leverage Cisco PSIRT OpenVulnAPI for our customers to provide advisories details of the devices managed in the network. Could you please confirm if it requires any approval or license for the customers to consume these APIs?
