Background: Recently an internal vulnerability scan was run at a client for compliance purposes and the Nexus switches (ACI-Mode) show up with vulnerabilities because of "Python Unsupported Version Detection". They're currently running 16.0(4d), since the latest recommended is 16.0(9e) we want to get them upgraded to that, but need to make sure it will resolve the "vulnerability" that's being reported by the scanner.
Question:
I'm not able to find any documentation that references what version of python 16.0(9e) is using. I've checked the release notes, etc but it doesn't appear to be listed anywhere. Does anyone know where that information is? Or if someone is running 16.0(9e) and wants to post the output of "python -V" I'll gladly accept that.

Hello @RevNumbers, welcome to the community!
I don't have this running anywhere to check unfortunately - but I would not expect them to change python version within the 16.0 releases. I think your best bet is to check 16.1 and contact your Cisco AM if that version is not compliant either.
Which version is it they are detecting for 16.0(4d)?

Thank you for the reply!
Yeah, I wouldn't really expect them to change the python version either, without a bump in there own version. Unfortunately I don't have the specific version it detected other than it spitting out "Python Unsupported Version Detection" on the report.
