I was reaching out to see if anyone had ever had the issue I'm having before, and/or if they might know of a workaround.
I have a user that requires a closed caption service, as I have a Cisco environment, the best that I had found was Hamilton/Captel to provide that service. However, our company also requires call recordings which we are getting through a vendor named Calabrio.
To utilize either of these services I typically would go to the end user in questions directory number, and then set the recording profile to either utilize Calabrio, for call recordings, or Captel for Closed caption. However, I do not know of a way I can utilize both at the same time.
Let me provide a few details of the environment in case this helps.
Cisco Unified CM Administration: System version: 12.5.1.13900-152
