I'm in the process of deploying Clarity for iOS to our mobile devices via Intune.
The documentation on this is extremely sparse, and even after hours of googling I came up empty handed.
Everything in the SecureEndpoint console is configured for Intune as the MDM.
But the XML file you download is not valid for Intune.
I'm deploying the XML file as a custom configuration profile in Intune, and applying it to iOS devices. But my test devices all show "-2016341110 (iOS device has rejected the command due to incorrect format".
After a while I realized you needed the "Cisco Security" app on the devices, so I added that to our VPP and pushed it to the devices.
Still no luck.
So I started guessing. in lack of any other pointers in the official documentation from Cisco..
What if it's an "App configuration" and not "Device configuration".
Still no luck.
So now I'm just about to give up..
Appearently I'm the only admin in the whole world (according to Google) with this problem.. Which I highly doubt, so hopefully someone here can shed some light on the subject?
