Smart Software Manager On-Prem 8 SSH access

Just installed the latest version of Smart Software Manager On-Prem 8. Web access is running properly but unfortunately I cannot log in via SSH. Configured standard security profile and set admin password during installation but when I try to log in via SSH I always get

admin@x.x.x.x's password:
Received disconnect from x.x.x.x port 22:2: Too many authentication failures
Disconnected from x.x.x.x port 22

Already did a reboot and waited for one day before trying again.

In addition to that I have the problem that the login screen of CentOS is frozen. Not only via the server remote console but also if I connect a display and keyboard to the server.

Also tried to boot the recovery mode but then I get

So there is really no chance to access the OS at all.
