Hi, I have question about SNTC. One 9k cat has SNTC, another not. Is it legal to upgrade both of them .

Hello @Gosha15 ,

SNTC is purchased on a device identified by it's serial number. SNTC offers hardware replacement with a certain SLA, access to TAC and software upgrades for the device, identified by the S/N, you purchased SNTC. I'm 99.99% sure it's not legal to upgrade both 9K.
