Hello,
I am looking to upgrade a multi instance FTD deployment via FMC. In case of single deployment OS can be pushed via FMC and then installed on FTDs.. however i didn't find any specific document to upgrade a multi instance ftd deployment.. will both instances upgrade together while initiating upgrade from FMC as the chassis is same ?
Thanks

Are you looking to upgrade 2 instance at a time using FMC, as per my knowledge i do see that is permitted, you need to do per instance upgrade. make sure your FMC should support that matrix.
make below guide help you :

Thanks for the reply..
i am not looking to upgrade both instances simultaneously.. i wanted to understand the process for this upgrade.. there are 2 multi instance FTDs in HA added to a single FMC.. in order to upgrade these 2 multi instance HAs do i need to push the upgrade in each of them independently or it will be done simultaneously.. the confusion here is that the chassis is same for both instances so in that case is it possible to upgrade instances one by one ?
