this is a wireless roaming Issue!

I built a roaming network using Cisco AC and AP, there is a issue was found during use,
when the DUT is roaming, it will receive an Deauth frame from the AP, the device is disconnected during roaming.

package#14003 EAPOL-1/4 ,package#140035 EAPOL-2/4, package#140037 EAPOL-3/4, package#140039 EAPOL-4/4
but the AP have also sent the EAPOL package at package#14040 14053 and Deauth package#14071
So I'm not sure why AP sent the other two handshake packets and a deauth package.
