Sound issues on headsets with Jabber 12.7.1

I have multiple users who're unable to hear the other person on a call or be heard by the other user. 

 

I have tested with headsets and with built in speakers/mic, I have confirmed that Jabber is not being blocked by firewall or privacy settings. I have reinstalled the client. I have confirmed drivers for all devices are up to date and I've confirmed that all devices are able to play sounds normally from other applications. 

 

Also, some users are able to hear the test noises from the device selection menu in Jabber, but still unable to hear on calls.
