Hi all. SPA514G and headset CS510 with HL10 lifter. The problem we are having is when my salesmen are on a call on the headset and another call comes in, they cannot hear a beep or a ring or any sound at all to notify them that another call is incoming, the only indication is the flashing on the phone. Contacted Poly (headset company) and they said it's a cisco phone issue. Could use some help. Thanks
