I am trying to find a way to back up the license info, since that info gets transferred from Cisco’s Main Smart Net site.
User’s manual discusses docker backup of pgresql database, but this will not be feasible to us.
What are our options, if we lose the OnPrem server altogether?
Can we get the registration info and license info back from Cisco’s main site?
