Stranger character on PUTTY

Hello Everyone,

After lost power, my router could not work. When i plug console cable, i received stranger on putty display.

Is there any solution for me to fix it?

My device: Cisco router 867VAE K9

These strange characters in PuTTY could indicate a baud rate mismatch.

Do you try to modify rhis value ?

This is my setting.

I switch to console Access point and it was ok, but switch to console router the result is still same

Try 115200 baud value instead of 9600.
