TAC refusing to create enhancement request

I found an issue where the LOG option on ACL is not supported on 9410 switches.  This is a direct replacement of the 4510 switches which is near EOS.  The LOG option works on 4510, so I asked TAC to submit an enhancement request.  They said they can't do that because the entire line of 9000 switches don't have this feature. Anyone has any suggestions?

What particular version is the 9400 running on?

17.9.4a is one of them.  I don't think the version matters. I am not sure if the entire line of 9000 switches has this limitation like TAC claims, but I confirmed this is true on the various 9400 and 9300 switches I have on various OS levels.  I am just trying to get an enhancement request submitted.

I would not be asking stupid questions "for the sake" of asking questions -- There is no "SLA" to (b)reach in CSC.  (I lied.  There is but it is irrelevant.)

Going to back to topic:  Talk to your Account Manager, SE or PSS.  Share the TAC Case number with them and strongly insist for the Product Enhancement Request (PER).  Let us know how this goes.

Just want to add:

Just because an enhancement request has been raised and lodged, it does not mean the feature will be enabled in the next few release.  Without an "executive support" from San Jose, the PER could potentially fall flat or take about 10 years (minimum) to get off the white board and into code.

Yeah, the last one I got TAC to create was done 2 years ago, and there has not been any progress on it.  That is fine, at least it was created.  but I was wondering why this TAC engineer I am working with now doesn't want to create one for me, since I can't do it myself.  Thanks for your help, and I will reach out to our Cisco rep.
