I'm a college student and I just downloaded the Cisco AnyConnect VPN from UNC-Chapel Hill to my Mac OS system. After downloading and installing it, my laptop kept popping up windows like "vpnagentd" will damage your computer, and these windows cannot be closed. Additionally, after I uninstall the AnyConnect VPN by using the uninstaller script offered from school IT services and tried to re-install it, it appears that the former packages like web security are all grey (see the screenshot) and cannot be select/unselect, which means the previous packages are not fully removed when I uninstall the VPN. Now the thing is, I cannot install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN, and I can't remove it either. I have contacted the Apple Support to see how to delete it completely via commands in terminal and reinstall it, but they said I'd better contact with Cisco tech support directly to see what can I do. Is there any way (like, by using terminal commands) to delete the remnants of VPN package? Thanks!
