I have a question and need help for our telepresence
Our touch pad 10 model Ttc-09 fell on the floor and cracked, we want to replace it with a CS-TOUCH10 V03 PN: 74-115968-03 A0
SN: FOC2308NTH1
So I plugged in the new touch pad and the message says “the target system does not support this touch panel”
I need to know if there is a way to link them or if this newer model will not work at all
There is an option on this new pad to do a factory reset, I’m worry that if I do that I will reset also the entire system including the big tv
It was a challenge to make it work on the beginning
Do you think you can help me or where can I go for help?
