unable to login cisco packet tracer

When I try to log in to use Cisco Packet Tracer, after clicking Network Academy button, I click on 'Login' at the top right, but the loading wheel starts spinning and nothing happens. I’ve tried from different computers. It was working until a few days ago. I’ve installed the latest version, 8.2.2.

using the green button "skills for all" I am able to login

first and for most you should have the Netcad Academy learning login in Cisco.  This is completely free - go to www.netcad.com and signup with gmail account.
1. Try to reinstall the Cisco Packet tracer
2. Use Google Chrome browser it has more compatibility with login
3. Before login to netcad academy in Cisco Packet tracer, first open the browser and login to www.netcad.com
