Upgrading Cisco Prime v3.10.2

I'm running into an issue upgrading v3.10.2 with critical patch 1. My login, Admin and even root fail on permissions to run the patch. My only thought is to do this in shell using sudo or as root. But I don't know where the .sh is to do that. All I have found is the pre-check .sh that verifies that the current version is 3.10.2

I agree with what the others are saying in the other forum:  Raise a TAC Case because this is no longer "normal".
