Username and password IE2000 and SG550 XG

My site have 24switch IE2000 and 4 switch SG550XG, I use default config connect to network and open webUi to config.

However, i can't login because wrong username and passwort if i use cisco/cisco, admin/admin, admin/cisco, cisco/admin.

Please help me.
