VPN Anyconnect blocking traffic to specific sites

We have several contractors who work off site and use Cisco Anyconnect VPN. One of our new contractors has issues with connecting to specific websites, one of which is needed for work-related activity. We've tried disabling her McAfee antivirus without success.

Does anyone have suggestions why this contractor has sites being blocked while others do not have this issue?

Did you think about local problems with remote pc?

Try to ping, nslookup or same cmd tools from contractors pc. 

Also, if its possible - share more information about device with anyconnect (router, asa, firepower etc)
