I work with a judiciary and one of our judicial officers is experiencing an issue whereby the some people, but not all, she invites to her meetings end up in a waiting room where she has to allow them in and when she does it creates a 2nd meeting and the entire group is in different meetings. She also indicated she does not and has not used the waiting room feature.
Are you able to provide some direction on how to fix this?
