Webex Freezes

Hello!

This started happening out of the blue. Every time I enter a meeting (I am not the host) my webex freezes and a few minutes later crashes. I have uninstalled and installed the Webex Meeting on my mac but it still keeps happening. I don't know what to do.

   Have you tried using the uninstaller for MAC (by Cisco)? you can find in Webex Help Center (link provided).
