Hey!
Not sure if this is the correct forum, however I just wanted to know what this icon means in the WebEx mobile app?
It's popped up on my shared group chat with 2 other members, however it's only displaying this icon off my phone.
I've tried to uninstall, reinstall, sign out, re-sign in, checked with other members to see if they are getting the same issue but to no luck.
Any assistance would be great!

It’s alerting you that a message wasn’t sent in that space. To resolve: Sign out of the Webex app on your phone and delete the application and re-download it. Before you log back in via the mobile app I would reset Webex from a pc/laptop then log back in. I had the same issue for a couple months, and a simple sign out and delete worked for me. HTH!

It sounds like you're seeing an unfamiliar icon in your WebEx mobile app. Could you please upload a screenshot of the icon? This will help us identify the issue more accurately.

Had this problem for a while and just couldn’t understand why! Found out the icon means “message not sent” so I decided to scroll the conversation to see if there was a message not sent. I was scrolling for a while and was about to give up when I saw two messages with that same icon. I deleted those and now the red icon is off their face. I would suggest you do the same. It might take some scrolling but it’s worth getting rid of the red exclamation mark. I did it on my phone because it was showing up on there and not on my computer. Hope that helps!
