Our largest client moved from Zoom to Webex for their leader development programs. We gather data on the performance of participants during online modules. So we want to gather ratings about their experience (think NPS and value), number of times they practiced tools since last module (number data), and feedback on peers. We will be porting the data into MS Access table to create a leaderboard for each module, give a report to the participants, the leaders of the participants and to the Leadership Development team about their 22 programs.
