What recommended Software for Cisco C3560G-24TS

Hi, we have legacy switch C3560G-24TS with os version 12.2(35)SE5. Can we upgrade this OS to a newer one? I can't find new version for this model. Can anyone please help advise? Thanks in advance!

As concerned, the Cisco Catalyst 3560G-24TS switch, its last available software recommended release is indeed 12.2(35)SE5.

Cisco has already Announcement End-of-Life for the Cisco Catalyst 3560G.
End of SW Maintenance Releases Date was january 2014.
You will not get IOS for C3560G-24TS in software.cisco.com

The best IOS for 3560G are 12.2(55)SE12 &/or 15.0(2)SE11.

Direct upgrade, from 12.2(35)SE train, to either 12.2(55)SE or 15.0(2)SE train are supported.
