Which Rest API package for ASA Firepower 1010 ASA Version 9.13(1)2

Hi, I want to install the Rest API package for ASA Firewalls, but I always get the error: 

• ciscoasa(config)# rest-api image disk1:/asa-restapi-132200-lfbff-k8.SPA
  lina_cs is not running on platform that supports image signing
  Open message queue fail: Resource temporarily unavailable/11
  ERROR: Failed to verify image, installation unsuccessful
• ciscoasa(config)# rest-api image disk1:/asa-restapi-7161-lfbff-k8.SPA
  lina_cs is not running on platform that supports image signing
  Open message queue fail: Resource temporarily unavailable/11
  ERROR: Failed to verify image, installation unsuccessful
• ciscoasa(config)# rest-api image disk1:/asa-restapi-7141-lfbff-k8.SPA
  lina_cs is not running on platform that supports image signing
  Open message queue fail: Resource temporarily unavailable/11
  ERROR: Failed to verify image, installation unsuccessful

Sadly, I cannot download from Cisco download page because i don't have a contract, so i tried some Chinese downloads. But as said, they all give this error.

I tryed to find the correct Version here:

But I could not find witch Rest API version I should use for ASA Version 9.13(1)2, Model: ASA Firepower 1010, Hardware: FPR-1010, 6690 MB RAM, CPU Atom C3000 series 2200 MHz, 1 CPU (4 cores).

If someone could give me a download link where I could download it without login, I would be very thankful
