I was wondering if there is a add-on or widget that will allow a floating window that stays on top of other windows that is out there for desktop.wxcc? We are looking for something that will show Agents Available - Real Time and Contacts in Queue - Real time it would also be nice if it can show the agent's current stats for AHT and total calls handled.
I've worked with a couple of different other programs that allowed for this but have not seen anything that might be available for WebEx.
