[dch28dh]

after trying multiple methods, and multiple downloadable .bins from cisco's site, and verifying each download this is as close to getting back into a working switch to perform new configurations as i can get.

There is an NM module.  Eject that, reboot the switch and see if it still crashes.  If it does, RMA the switch.
