API Question for Upgrade from Call Manager 9 to 12

Hello,
We will be upgrading to Call manager 12 from version 9. We have our own "click to call" feature. I want to make sure it will still work when we upgrade. Here is what we do:
We make two calls every time someone wants to call a number.
The first one is: selectCmDevice
Parameters are:
- SelectBy = “DirNumber”
- Status = “Registered”
- DeviceClass = “Phone”.
This call returns some details about the person’s phone to us, including the phone name and dirNumber.
The second call is: makeCallSoap
Parameters are:
- destination phone number
- userprofile which consists of the deviceName and the lineNumber, which is the same thing as the dirNumber.
Both of these calls require us to pass in a username and password.
