I have configured the ntp settings on our Prime Infrastructure 3.1.7 maintenance release 7.0.0 prime pack 16 on a second gen appliance. I can ping and traceroute to the IP address that is feeding NTP data to all our devices; however Prime is not getting synchronization from the time server. The refid is on .INIT. with a stratum of 16. I tried a reload but nothing new. The options for configuring NTP on Prime are extremely limited for showing data. ej
