How to find the Interface in which a subslot is connected

I am getting an alert in Solarwinds as below: 

 subslot 0/0 transceiver 0 Rx Power Sensor is Critical

In the specified device I checked the status of subslot as below:

INT-RT#sh hw-module subslot 0/0 transceiver 0 status
The Transceiver in slot 0 subslot 0 port 0 is enabled.
Module temperature = +19.269 C
Transceiver Tx supply voltage = 3348.5 mVolts
Transceiver Tx bias current = 28586 uAmps
Transceiver Tx power = -4.7 dBm
Transceiver Rx optical power = <-40 dBm

Now I am wondering which interface is the subslot 0/0 is connected, I mean which fiber should I investigate to check the problem?

     Transceiver Tx bias current = 2 uAmps
     Transceiver Tx power = -40.0 dBm
     Transceiver Rx optical power = -40.0 dBm

Use this command will show interface 

sh hw-module subslot 0/0 transceiver 0 idprom detail
IDPROM for transceiver TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0:
