LT2P IPSec Windows 7/10 Native Client Logon Connection Time is Slow

I setup L2TP/IPSec on C1921.  The connection time takes 30 - 33 seconds.  Any suggestions on how to speed up the time it takes to connect? L2TP Remote Client Slow to Connect

I don't see many people in the community replying to posts.  I'm adding a tidbit of information:

I turned on crypto engine debugging with:

debug crypto engine packet

My connection time went from 33 seconds to 8 seconds.

The problem now is the Internet got real slow.  I had to turn off debugging.
