SecureX Ribbon in FMC, not allowing me to click or see info

Dear community, 

I have integrated FMC with SecureX, and it shows integrated successfully in the SSE portal tab. It also shows the Ribbon in the FMC now, however, the ribbon does not show any information, or let me click any tab. Its all empty and says GET SecureX. 

In FMC, I enabled SecureX, the Cloud and the Region. However, am still not seeing events in the portal of SSE. 

Can someone tell me how to make it work properly, were I will see information and my account on it?

Hello Laura,

If you have followed the integration guide and thing do not work as expected, please open the TAC case. This forum can only help with specific API questions on Firepower and SecureX.
