Hi, I reserved a Broaworks Sandbox today but didn't receive a Sandbox lab letter with information.

I see in reservations that status of recently reserved Cisco BroadWorks is Active (With Error).

Activity feed shows 'Setup' Sandbox command failed with 'OOB Provision Failure' error.
