Dear all
We're an MSP and we do not use any external auth solution (SAML or so) for our admins (yet).
There are like ~40 organizations under our management.
No we want to head towards working with the API to get at some information per organzation, and we'd like to run API calls a seperate account from our standard one.
Is there a way to add a user "at MSP-Level", without adding/inviting this account to each and every of our organizatons individually? (yes, invitaition emails can be received and a human will read them and accept the invitation link).
Thanks for hints, thoughts and pointers
Marc

You can do this via API and it can save you a bit of time compared to sending out each invite manually.
But either way, each user will receive an invite, so there's not much you can do about it.

Saml users dont have api keys. So that would not be an option
