Alert: Meraki cloud communication issues

Hi community,

on many of my networks I have this alert:

Meraki cloud communication issues

Starting from 13.05.23 and 14.05.23

It affects all device types. The affected devices are online and I can't find any log entry about this issue.

Any suggestions?

Have you opened a support case?

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Hi, first I thought that could be a major problem at Meraki, because so many network where affected, but the number of alarms is getting lower now. I opened a ticket now and waiting for a response: Case 09711653
The manageability was not affected all the time.
