Not sure why I am getting this when cleaning up on an old organization
Cannot delete organization - it still has multiple users
There is only one admin, no networks, all devices unclaimed, no licenses.
What am I missing?

Hi mvalpreda. Please check if you meet all the requirements in this doc. If you are still unable to delete please open a Meraki support case and we can look into it for you.

Trying to clean out some old customers. Some of these are long turned off for non-payment (letting licenses expire) and I cannot remove the networks or devices. I have 13 of these. Should I just work with support to get them cleaned up and deleted?

When you go out of license compliance it does lock down most if not all features besides claiming a license. If you are unable to remove devices and admins then I would reach out to support and they should be able to assist. They'll most likely unlock the dashboard for you so you follow the steps in this doc to delete- https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Organizations_and_Networks/Deleting_an_Organization

Check under Network-Wide/Users (just a guess).
