Is it possible to clone an entire Organization and all the network/settings within that?
Our business may be restructured with some existing Networks moving to a new Organization
If possible, I would like to clone the existing Organization (and all Network/settings), and then move the hardware (unclaim/Claim in new Org) so that the hardware effectively retains the same settings after the move.
Once done, I would then delete the Networks that are not required from each Organization.
Can this be done?
Or is there another way that I can Export/Import individual Network settings?

It is possible, but there are some considerations. See the documentation.

Thank you, I had a quick look in the documentation before posting and didn't find that!

@aml cloning an org only copies general settings and nothing to do with the devices:
Please note that licenses and devices will not be moved over as part of the clone. Other than the items listed above, the new org will be a blank slate with its own license keys and device configurations.

I've discovered that you can now move licenses between Organizations (with some caveats) as long as you're an Administrator of both - this didn't use to be the case (previously you would have to buy new licenses for the new Org), so this great news.
Devices can be Unclaimed from the source Org > Inventory, and can then be Claimed using the serial number in the new Org.
I would like to create duplicate networks in the new Org, so that the hardware has effectively the same config after being removed from the old Org and then added to the equivalent network in the new Org

Not sure if you've heard of Org splits, or whether it will help you here, but worth knowing about, nevertheless:. And it does involve creating a brand new Organization, based upon the existing one.

Actually yes, I have seen that before, but the limitations are that it's a one-time split that can't be scheduled ahead of time.
I'd like to have a bit more control when I move the networks to the new Org, it would be easier for me to arrange downtime individually rather than all at once.
Thanks all the same

While the documentation indicates there may be minimal downtime, in my experience Org Splits do not incur downtime. The only thing that would be down when performing a split is VPN between the old org and the new (if that's something you still need) since you'd have to recreate it as third party vpns.
You will have way more downtime and way more work doing things manually. The time waiting to import the devices into the new org as inventory updates between shards can be 10-20 minutes in my experience plus whatever time you need to actually program things once they are brought over.
