The bulk of the issues have now subsided and access should be restored for the most part. There may be some intermittent reachability issues in the meantime, so please contact Meraki Support if you continue to experience issues accessing the dashboard so we can continue to scope the current impact. Thank you

Jep, the same for EU dashboard.
CN dashboard works.
